  • 1 1/2 parts BACARDI® Superior Rum
  • 1 part Dark Chocolate
  • 1 part One strong espresso
  • 1/5 part Chilli flakes
  • 4/5 part Caster sugar
  • Coffee beans, chocolate shavings and chilli flakes to garnish

  • Step 1. Put all the ingredients into a pan.
  • Step 2. Heat until it reaches boiling point.
  • Step 3. Turn off the heat and leave to cool for a few minutes.
  • Step 4. Serve in a coupette or mug with a garnish of coffee beans, chocolate shavings and chilli flakes.
