Pommy Punch cocktail recipe
Pommy Punch Cocktail

  • 300ml/ 3 parts Beefeater Gin
  • 500ml/ 5 parts Riesling / Gewurztraminer wine
  • 500ml/ 5 parts pomegranate juice
  • 300ml/ 3 parts lemon juice
  • 1 tin of lychee with syrup
  • Big handful of seedless red grapes (halved)
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • *Stir and garnish with lemongrass (optional)

In a large bowl place sliced lemons and halved grapes. Cover with tin of lychee and pour over lemon juice and gin. Leave to steep in a cool place for a while. When ready to serve add blocks of ice and top with wine and pomegranate juice.
This recipe will make approximately 20 servings in teacups.
