Summer Vine Frappé Cocktail Recipe
Summer Vine Frappe Cocktail

60ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Bloody Mary Vodka
Juice from a lemon
15ml/ ½ oz Rosemary syrup*
80ml/ 3 oz Cold organic strawberry yogurt

*Rosemary Syrup -
480ml/ 16 oz Water
480ml/ 16 oz White sugar
5-6 Sprigs of fresh Rosemary

Frappé in blender with NO ice. Pour into chilled flute.
Garnish with a small rosemary sprig and serve with a thick straw on the side.

Simmer rosemary in the water for approximately 10-15 minutes or until you see the rosemary go brown. Remove rosemary and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Cool and funnel into a glass bottle. Keep refrigerated.
